About The Position

As a Solar Service Technician, you'll be the boots on the roof (and sometimes in the trenches), ensuring our solar systems are running at peak performance. You'll inspect, maintain, and repair PV systems, troubleshoot inverter issues (SolarEdge, Enphase), and interact directly with homeowners in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of construction methods and tools
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards
• A problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical positions

Responsibilities

• Activating and testing PV systems
• Troubleshooting wiring, inverter, and equipment issues
• Performing small roof repairs, trenching, vegetation trimming
• Handling drywall repairs and light painting
• Communicating clearly with the office and customers
