You will recruit, train, and work alongside your team, controlling your market in Charlotte, which is wide open for growth. You will be compensated like an owner with incentives, overrides, and personal commissions, allowing top leaders to clear multiple six figures. Additionally, you will receive full training, CRM, and marketing support without the corporate fluff.

Requirements

  • Marketing or a related field degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven work experience in solar sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of solar power generation, energy systems, and related technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and build a squad of high-performing sales representatives.
  • Train, shadow, and hold team members accountable for their performance.
  • Lead by example in mastering door-to-door sales and closing deals.
  • Protect the company culture by promoting accountability and a strong work ethic.
