About The Position
The Solar Sales Representative position at Human Capital Recruiting (HCR) offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of residential solar energy services. Our mission is to deliver the best customer and representative experience in the solar industry, and we pride ourselves on providing a wide range of quality options with premium operators. As a representative, you will have the unique advantage of selling all five of the top solar products in the industry, including offerings from Sunrun, Sunnova, Glyde Energy, Empower, and Tesla. This role is designed for motivated individuals who are eager to make a significant impact in the renewable energy sector while enjoying the benefits of a commission-based structure. In this role, you will be responsible for generating interest from potential customers and helping them understand the financial benefits of switching to solar energy. You will present the advantages of our solar services and the broader benefits of using alternative energy sources. Importantly, our representatives are not responsible for running permits or executing any part of the installation, allowing you to focus solely on sales and customer engagement. You will work within an assigned territory close to home, with the option to travel outside your current location if desired. The position comes with a $5,000 training bonus for new sales representatives, and there is no income cap on sales. Top producers have the potential to earn between $2,000 to $10,000 or more per deal, with last year's top earners exceeding $300,000. We provide high-quality sales training, online resources, and mentoring to ensure your success. Additionally, you will learn various lead generation methods, including direct sales, door-to-door outreach, referrals, online selling, community events, social media, and participation in fairs and home shows. Advancement opportunities are available based on performance, and the company offers various incentives, including trips, conferences, contests, and cash bonuses.
