About The Position
The Solar PV Installation Training Facilitator is responsible for providing comprehensive training to participants on the operational fundamentals of Solar PV Installation. This includes conducting classroom sessions, lab activities, and hands-on installation site training. The facilitator will coach and mentor participants to ensure they are well-prepared for entry-level positions in the clean energy industry, particularly focusing on individuals from justice-involved backgrounds.
