Fourteen Week Growth Journey: Starting with a baseline assessment and initial in-class training. 14 Week gamified new hire journey $10,000 over first 14 weeks in bonus $ plus comm and base pay Two weeks of Paid Development training at regional office Our Journey places people into career path of their choice including Sales Leadership, Senior Sales Consultant (Individual producer track), Talent Development & Acquisition (Training & TA dept).
