  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols on the construction site.
  • Proven experience in solar installation or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with using voltmeters and other electrical testing equipment.
  • Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and procedures.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for installation tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
