About The Position

Freedom Forever is looking for a Solar Installer to join our Inland Empire team based in Corona, CA. You'll support the installation of residential rooftop solar systems while following all safety protocols and ensuring top-notch craftsmanship.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of solar installation experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic knowledge of PV systems, hand/power tools, and conduit
• Comfortable working on roofs and in outdoor environments
• Must follow instructions and safety policies
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally if needed

Responsibilities

• Load/unload materials and stage job sites
• Assemble and install solar panels, racking, and components
• Flash roof penetrations and complete basic electrical tasks
• Follow plans, installation protocols, and safety procedures
• Support senior crew members and assist with training new installers
• Maintain professionalism with homeowners when onsite
• Perform other related duties as assigned
