Requirements

• 1 year of hands-on solar installation experience, preferably in new home construction.
• Ability to work on unlevel surfaces.
• Ability to perform construction at heights of 1-3 stories.
• Ability to constantly bend and twist.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Ability to climb up and down ladders constantly.
• Ability to properly secure and wear PPE.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying degrees of weather.

Nice To Haves

• CDL Driver's License
• Electrical experience
• Blueprint reading
• Experience with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Installation of attachments, racking systems, micro-inverters, optimizers, inverters, rough electrical, and finish electrical equipment on new construction buildings.
• Perform installations across various roof types for single-family homes, multi-family homes, and apartment homes.
• Drive from the warehouse location to job site locations.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure quality installation.
