SOLAR CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN – RESIDENTIAL NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION

We’re looking for a hands-on Solar Construction Foreman with experience in residential new home construction solar who knows how to lead crews, run efficient jobsites, and take pride in quality work.

Requirements

• Foreman or lead experience in residential construction and/or solar
• Strong understanding of new home construction workflows
• Ability to read plans and layout drawings
• Confident leader who holds crews accountable and leads by example
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential solar crews on new home construction projects
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep jobs on schedule
• Ensure installs meet plans, code, and MARS quality standards
• Enforce safety policies and best practices on site
• Coordinate with Project Managers, builders, and inspectors
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep communication flowing
