As the Senior Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our quality strategy and ensuring the highest level of product and process quality. Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in quality management within the construction and renewable energy industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful quality management strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Manager) is a plus.
