Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative selling approach to increase customer awareness of solar options.
  • Provide potential customers with program details and address their questions or concerns.
  • Utilize satellite imaging platforms such as Project Sunroof, Google Earth, and Google Maps for assessments.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of solar eligibility qualifications through in-person meetings with customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity using CRM technology on company-provided devices.
  • Effectively manage daily appointments and target residential customers.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with other sales representatives and teams within the organization.
  • Employ a customized consultative approach to understand customer needs and promote the benefits of residential solar energy systems.
  • Build confidence and maintain customer interest through effective listening and negotiation skills.
  • Develop new relationships focused on product education and serve as a Trusted Advisor to existing customers.
