As a Solar Electrician, you’ll take the lead on-site, ensuring our solar installations are completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality. What You’ll Do: Oversee installation of photovoltaic (PV) systems, from layout to activation Be the go-to person for homeowners—answering questions and guiding them through installation day Ensure all work aligns with safety codes and OSHA standards Keep projects on track by managing materials, enforcing site protocols, and documenting daily progress Install, test, and demonstrate system functionality to ensure top-tier performance Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges with confidence and expertise What You Bring: Licensed Electrician (PA) with a valid driver’s license Proven leadership on job sites with a strong electrical background Working knowledge of electrical codes, PV systems, and OSHA safety standards Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various physical positions Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills A passion for sustainability and a desire to be part of something bigger Physical Requirements: Frequent travel to job sites, climbing ladders, working outdoors, and lifting materials Comfortable standing, squatting, bending, and using tools for extended periods At Ethical Energy, we don’t just install solar—we’re creating a movement for energy independence and sustainability. - Licensed Electrician (PA) with a valid driver’s license
- Proven leadership on job sites with a strong electrical background
