Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required).

- Comfortable talking to new people and knocking on doors.
- Willingness to learn and be coached.
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door in assigned territories to engage with homeowners.
- Educate potential customers about the benefits of switching to solar energy.
- Collect basic customer information and schedule appointments for our solar specialists.
- Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.
- Work closely with team members and management to meet goals and hit sales targets.
