About The Position
Mortenson is currently seeking a Minneapolis based Solar Design Engineer specializing in civil, geotechnical, and tracker foundation design to join our Solar Group. This position focuses on earthwork analysis and tracker foundation design during the preconstruction/ design phase of solar projects. In this role, you will create, implement, manage and continually improve our grading strategies, stormwater management design, and tracker pile designs, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
