Requirements
- Proven experience in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a simple, confident way.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation (if field-based).
Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified leads (in-home, virtual, or by phone) to present solar solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight financial and environmental benefits.
- Build rapport, answer customer questions, and overcome objections.
- Negotiate and close deals with homeowners and business owners.
- Accurately complete contracts and required paperwork.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends.
