Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No sales experience necessary—training provided.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
- Comfortable working outdoors and talking to new people daily.
Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage with homeowners.
- Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy.
- Schedule appointments for qualified leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to follow up and close deals.
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
