About The Position

Solar Consultants meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments and guide them through the process of understanding and purchasing solar. This role requires professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to build trust quickly.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Success in people-facing or performance-driven roles is strongly preferred
  • Must be coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends to match homeowner schedules

Responsibilities

  • Attend pre-set appointments with homeowners
  • Clearly explain solar options, pricing, and benefits
  • Answer questions and address concerns with confidence and honesty
  • Guide homeowners through a structured decision-making process
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
