Requirements

Must be able to work some weekends and evenings.
Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior door to door sales experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Generate leads, educate customers, and set up appointments for Solar Consultants.
Attend daily team meetings where you get access to training, a supportive team.
Utilize phone apps to navigate the territory each day
Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients
Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar through canvassing in residential neighborhoods.
Schedule qualified appointments for experienced solar closers.
Bring high energy to the team and motivate one another
