About The Position

General Responsibilities: Production and packaging of mineral supplements used for soil. 1st shift: 3:00 am -3:00 pm, M-F and 5:00 am -3:00 pm, M-F Pay: $18.00- $19.00/hr. Position type: Long-term Job Location: Racine, WI

Requirements

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand and move around for duration of shift
• Ability to bend regularly
• Must be flexible to work up to 12-hour shift at any given time
• Forklift experience required
• High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive a front end loader this is a bonus.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• 2 years of experience with heavy equipment operation a plus

Responsibilities

• Filing bags of product
• Sealing bags
• Palletizing
• Wrapping completed pallets
• Moving pallets to warehouse with the use of a Fork Truck
• Loading, unloading and processing of raw materials and finished goods
• Production line start-up, shut-down and continuous clean up.
