About The Position

True North Health Center in Colorado Springs, CO is hiring a full-time SoftWave Therapy Technician! WHAT YOU'LL DO: Our entry-level SoftWave Therapy Technician delivers innovative tissue regenerative therapy to help treat patients' pain and discomfort. You'll respectfully engage with patients, confidently explain treatments, and help them feel like they're in good hands.

Requirements

  • Some anatomy and physiology knowledge
  • Comfort explaining health concepts in simple and clear language
  • Passion for natural healing and regenerative health
  • Confidence, high energy levels, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, positive, and personable demeanor
  • Coachable, growth-driven mindset
  • High levels of organization and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to stand and use equipment throughout the day

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with healthcare, kinesiology, and/or exercise science concepts

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with providers and following instructions to deliver tissue regenerative therapy
  • Upholding high safety, clinical, and cleanliness standards
  • Professionally and compassionately assisting patients dealing with neuropathy, knee pain, disc injuries, joint degeneration, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
  • Clearly explaining the benefits of regenerative therapy, how it works, and what patients can expect
  • Accurately documenting patient progress in EHR
  • Confidently explaining and reinforcing care plan recommendations
  • Properly setting up and breaking down equipment to keep it in good condition
  • Supporting an efficient patient flow
  • Assisting with re-exams and progress tracking as needed
