Opportunity Overview The Teradyne Compute and Test Division is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, Software Verification Engineer who will work collaboratively with the Stream Managers as well as independently to ensure stability and quality of software releases before deployment to production environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineer or System Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in Software Development or Verification
  • Programming with Visual Basic and VBA /Excel
  • Strong commitment to product quality
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to work in a multi-site, dynamic, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with ATE equipment desired but not required

Responsibilities

  • Finding root cause of test failures, while working alongside Stream Managers and Developers
  • Analyzing regression tests and providing up to date reports to Stream Managers.
  • Reviewing AutoTest Environment and Setup documentation.
  • Understanding the Test Environment and providing feedback.
  • Working on Automated Test Equipment to test and when necessary, debug system hardware and software.
  • Interact with software and hardware engineering teams.
  • Work with Automation teams to correct issues quickly in the environment.
  • Provide expertise to the Online Auto Test teams as needed.
  • Need schedule flexibility to be available depending on project priorities.
