As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in crafting the user experience and interface design for our Bayer Radiology medical devices. You will lead cross-functional discussions on user interface design, representing the voice of the customer through usability evaluations across Bayer's product portfolio. You will provide ergonomic data to support product development and requirements, helping to shape Bayer products that radiologists, technicians, patients, and healthcare professionals rely on every day. This position will be responsible for creating user-centered design for medical device software applications with primary focus on human factors/ergonomics, user interface design and usability to deliver a high-quality product that meets or exceeds customer expectations and meets FDA design controls.
