About The Position

This role focuses on delivering high‑quality training through classroom instruction, virtual sessions, and hands‑on demonstrations tailored to a wide range of user skill levels. Trainers ensure customers gain the practical knowledge needed to apply Xactware tools confidently in real‑world scenarios. As a frontline representative of the organization, the Software Trainer I is the face of the company to the customer and plays an important role in not only training but gathering customer feedback and identifying areas for improved training or product clarity. The position requires strong communication skills, adaptability across multiple learning environments, and the ability to travel extensively to conduct multi‑day training seminars across the U.S. and Canada.
