About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of a 2-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in software testing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong recordkeeping and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow testing protocols and provide insights for improvement.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn application software features and functions.

Nice To Haves

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in testing software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct software testing for cloud-based platforms and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Coordinate multiple short-term testing projects, including data connection testing and software/hardware integration testing.
• Support new product releases and best practices for launches.
• Assist in the development of testing protocols to ensure thorough product testing.
• Document new product and bug tracking results.
• Provide comprehensive follow-through and validation of all testing activities.
• Publish insights and documentation to support training and the DateCodeGenie Knowledgebase.
• Assist with product training and documentation for DateCodeGenie users.
• Participate in the review of business/functional requirements and application design.
• Engage in continuous improvement of software development and testing procedures.
• Prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to ensure on-time delivery.
