Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer).
5-7 years of experience in a related field, or a Master’s degree.
Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute technical activities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A team player who also thrives in independent work settings.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, strategies, and templates for electrical, mechanical, software, and system components.
Serve as the test lead/contact for individual or multiple projects, quickly grasping and applying new concepts in dynamic environments.
Manage small projects or project subsets, including scheduling, cost, and progress updates.
Perform integration and regression testing of software and systems.
Document and submit test results with accuracy and detail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting development and new product initiatives.
Apply traditional and creative engineering approaches (design, development, implementation, maintenance, test, evaluation) to tackle complex system challenges.
