As part of a dynamic team, you will support software development initiatives for a mission-critical organization within the Intelligence Community, focused on secure and reliable data dissemination.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or electrical engineering with 12 years of experience OR 8 years of experience with a Master's Degree in software engineering, computer science or electrical engineering.
5+ years of hands-on programming experience in Java, C/C++, or C#.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Constant operation of a computer and other standard office equipment such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer.
Frequent communication with co-workers, management, and customers; may involve delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

Analyze source code using automated Software Assurance (SwA) tools and collaborate with team members on assessment results.
Develop and execute test methodologies, scoring criteria, and test cases to support SwA tool analysis.
Perform software testing and interface with clients to recommend effective remediation strategies.
Create technical documentation and comprehensive test reports.
Utilize, fine-tune, and evaluate the suitability of SwA tools for specific customer environments.
Interpret SwA tool results to detect vulnerabilities and drive secure coding practices.
Research and assess emerging SwA tools and methodologies to enhance software security analysis.
