Requirements

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field.
Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Leading cross-functional engineering teams of 15-20 engineers in a dynamic, matrixed organization
Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources with precision and accountability
Proactively identifying technical and organizational risks — and building robust mitigation strategies
Translating high-level business goals into executable engineering plans and strategies
Contributing meaningfully to proposals, basis of estimates, and program strategy development
Driving a culture of continuous improvement across teams, tools, and processes
Serving as a trusted bridge between technical teams and program leadership
