Provide hands-on technical leadership for an agentic engineering squad building intelligent systems, driving platform delivery across both tracks while serving as the primary technical bridge between architects and engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering experience
• 2+ years in technical leadership role
• Familiarity with AI/LLM orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, multi-agent systems)
• Bachelors degree in related field

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning and technical design for agent-based systems, translating architecture decisions into sprint-ready user stories for both tracks
• Implement critical platform components - Agents, Knowledge Repository, and inter-layer communication
• Serve as primary technical advisor for all four leads and AI Engineers, guiding and mentoring on orchestration and agentic best practices
• Ensure engineering consistency across APIs, orchestration, context, memory, and tool integrations
• Review code and enforce production-grade standards
• Track delivery, manage the backlog, and surface risks to architects in a timely manner
• Manage cross-track dependencies and integration points to ensure seamless platform cohesion
• Attend all strategic and integration meetings, maintaining alignment between delivery and architectural intent
• Collaborate with delivery architects on real-world customer requirements
