You’ll play an instrumental role, working directly with product, engineering, business partners, UX and customers to drive technology and designs that are aligned with our Technology strategies. This role will support the strategic initiatives and guide solutions to execute on the vision. As a key partner of the Technology organization, you will work closely with infrastructure and engineering teams to deliver a high degree of customer value via the innovations we are a part of. You will be a crucial member in transforming the way we operate as a Technology Platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology or business-related field
• 5+ years of experience in business problem analysis, strategic planning, design thinking, thought leadership, process improvement and change management
• Demonstrated ability to define and design data driven requirements using design thinking techniques such as user research, workflow/process analysis, prototyping, usability testing and metrics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced lean process & product development environment
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex business and customer problems that span across multiple lines of business and applications
• Experience defining current and future state workflow and process diagrams that aid in the optimization of a customer’s journey
• Effective working within cross functional teams to define and solve complex problems

Responsibilities

• Identify, obtain and analyze required data to support initiative design and help to drive leadership buy in.
• Help to identify and analyze areas for operational improvements and efficiencies.
• Execute on a common reusable collaborative product and design approach to drive results in Direct Supply’s technology platform.
• Lead teams to define requirements, design and build solutions across technology platforms and Direct Supply to deliver business outcomes.
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions by understanding more about what our users are doing and why.
• Drive the utilization and adoption of the design system to design scalable, reusable, efficient technology solutions and process.
