About The Position

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8 + years of related experience.
  • 3 + years of related experience.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git or SVN.
  • Intermediate knowledge of API development, implementation and maintenance.
  • A working knowledge of Responsive Web Design.
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, actively staying current with emerging technologies.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop and give presentations on technical matters to various members of the organization.
  • Ability to gather information and troubleshoot to develop enterprise level software solutions.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment to produce work in a timely manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with front end web technologies, such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
  • Advanced use of server-side scripting languages.
  • Experience with Adobe ColdFusion.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications that meet defined business, functional, and performance requirements.
  • Serve as a technical owner for assigned applications, ensuring system integrity, security, and long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate with business partners, product owners, and information technology teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Plan and execute medium to large-scale projects, including estimating effort, defining timelines, and communicating progress to leadership.
  • Solve complex technical challenges, evaluate new technologies, and guide application-level decisions that impact customer-facing enterprise systems.
