Software System Engineer
About The Position
Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps - Uses coding methods in specific programming languages to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality - Under general direction, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results - Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities - Monitor program execution for expected performance - Monitors systems capacity and performance, plans and executes disaster recovery procedures, and provides Tier 2 technical support. - Strong front-end performance tuning experience of web based applications (Java, J2EE, JavaScript, SPRING, HTML, XML, DHTML, WebServices, CSS, AJAX, SOA, EJB) - Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills - Exposure to ATG platform is a plus.
Requirements
- Strong front-end performance tuning experience of web based applications (Java, J2EE, JavaScript, SPRING, HTML, XML, DHTML, WebServices, CSS, AJAX, SOA, EJB)
- Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
- Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 4-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to ATG platform is a plus.
