This role ensures seamless integration between WMS, ERP, CRM, and other business-critical systems, driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic growth initiatives. They will provide technical support to end-users and customers. This role is office-based, with regular working hours that may include earlier or later meetings to accommodate different schedules. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications (ERP, CRM).
- Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM tools.
- Proven track record in system integration, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with transportation or warehouse software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Installation & Configuration - Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise software applications to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintenance & Upgrades - Apply security patches, perform system updates, and proactively manage version control to keep platforms secure and current.
- User Management - Create and administer user accounts, define access rights, and enforce permission policies to safeguard system integrity.
- Troubleshooting & Support - Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while delivering responsive support to end-users and customers.
- System Monitoring - Continuously track performance metrics, review system logs, and implement corrective actions to maintain reliability and efficiency.
- New Implementations - Partner with department leaders to plan, configure, and integrate new software solutions that align with business objectives.
