Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications (ERP, CRM).
  • Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM tools.
  • Proven track record in system integration, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with transportation or warehouse software is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Installation & Configuration - Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise software applications to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Maintenance & Upgrades - Apply security patches, perform system updates, and proactively manage version control to keep platforms secure and current.
  • User Management - Create and administer user accounts, define access rights, and enforce permission policies to safeguard system integrity.
  • Troubleshooting & Support - Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while delivering responsive support to end-users and customers.
  • System Monitoring - Continuously track performance metrics, review system logs, and implement corrective actions to maintain reliability and efficiency.
  • New Implementations - Partner with department leaders to plan, configure, and integrate new software solutions that align with business objectives.
