Founded in 1986, OnTrac has evolved into the leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses, including five of the largest retailers in the U.S. Location: 1930 Bishop Lane, Suite 111, Louisville, KY 40218 (Combination of REMOTE and HYBRID ON-SITE work in Louisville, KY) Pay: $18.00 to $26.00 / hour depending on experience and qualifications Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (Flexible hours will occasionally be required to meet project deadlines.) Employment Logistics: The Software Support Technician works closely with a software development team to test and troubleshoot application software, create reports, and perform data analyses. Daily activities require working within MS SQL, including Transactional SQL and SQL Reporting Services, setting up and maintaining B2B communications using a variety of technologies.
