The Software Support Engineer is responsible for designing and managing on-premise enterprise software and platforms, ensuring effective administration of Microsoft Office and Mac licenses, and providing support for SaaS applications. This role serves as the primary point of contact for software troubleshooting and support, coordinating with vendors and managing relationships to maintain software infrastructures that meet the needs of the church. The engineer will also assist with helpdesk support, maintain documentation, and manage budgetary aspects related to software services.
