The Software Support Engineer plays a critical role in supporting Biosero’s Green Button Go (GBG) suite of software products. This position works directly with customers to deliver technical support, installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for GBG-controlled laboratory automation systems. The role involves analyzing software and instrumentation issues, reviewing and modifying methods and scripts, and serving as a liaison between field service, software development, and integration teams. Additionally, the Software Support Engineer contributes to documentation efforts, develops knowledge base content, and helps define customer workflows in collaboration with field application scientists. This position may require up to 25% travel (travel is planned in advance).
