Software Support Engineer Internship- Summer 2026
About The Position
We exist to transform our customers and change lives Who we're looking for: The Software Support Intern is responsible for collaborating and assisting our Developers resolve a wide range of technical software issues on our product by troubleshooting via telephone, email and/or remote session. A solid foundation in JavaScript is required. The RF-SMART Internship Program exists to partner with students to equip them with the skills they need to become successful professionals while they complete meaningful work at RF-SMART, while supporting our mission of transforming our customers and changing lives.
Requirements
- solid foundation in JavaScript
- Enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
- Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours
- Available to work 40 hours per week on-site at US East Office in Jacksonville, FL or US West in Highlands Ranch, CO
- Eligible to work in the United States of America for any employer without the need for future sponsorship
