About The Position
Packsize is a leading provider of packaging solutions for businesses worldwide. We specialize in creating on-demand packaging systems that help our customers optimize their packaging process, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Solution Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Solution Engineers, Software Developers, and Software Integration Engineers to provide technical expertise and develop software solutions that enhance the customer experience. The Software Solutions Engineer is responsible for the support of the sales, integration & implementation process by providing technical knowledge to internal and external clients as well as potential clients. They will develop integration solutions, coordinating applications across the customers enterprise or its units/departments. They will also evaluate existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs and be directly responsible for the diagnosis, configuration, deployment and support of Packsize during all steps of the sales and implementation cycles. This person will act as a critical link between customer, implementation teams and product development teams and will be familiar with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures of Warehouse Management Systems. The Software Solution Engineer relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish project goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. You will also work hand in hand with the customer, during the diagnostic phase to understand their challenges, design a solution and hand off to Software Integration Engineers for implementation.
