About The Position

The Software Solutions Development Program (SDP) is a unique three-year rotational program designed to develop future technology leaders who can bridge business needs and technical solutions. This program provides hands-on experience in software development while emphasizing strategy, collaboration, system design, and stakeholder engagement. The program is a great fit for candidates interested in the impact of technology decisions and curious about product strategy, process, and people – not just code. Participants will rotate across multiple technology domains—including connected products, enterprise platforms, analytics, ERP systems, and intelligent automation—gaining a holistic understanding of how technology enables business outcomes. Through mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and structured development experiences, you will build the skills needed to influence technical direction, lead initiatives, and drive meaningful impact. This role is well-suited for individuals interested in growing toward technical leadership, solution ownership, or business-facing technology roles rather than deep specialization in individual programming tasks. Graduates of this program will be well-positioned for roles such as technology lead, product owner, systems analyst, solution architect, and engineering manager.
