This entry-level role focuses on implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software and API integrations, assisting program managers, and supporting scalable solutions for our portals and systems.   • Assist with configuring, testing, and deploying software solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Provide hands-on support for API integrations, data imports, and troubleshooting errors.
  • Create custom software solutions under the brand Navigator to address requirements that PACE and Propago cannot fulfill.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Navigator modules, ensuring they remain updated and functional.
  • Maintain data consistency across systems, including Propago and MIS systems like PACE.
  • Document all processes and configurations for tracking and auditing purposes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and assist with basic automation tasks.
  • Work closely with Program Managers to implement solutions aligned with client and internal needs.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure project requirements are met and timelines are followed.
  • Perform functional testing and validation of software configurations and updates.
  • Document and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external users as needed.
  • Respond promptly to tickets in the Solutions Ticketing System and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Continuously enhance technical skills in SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Rest APIs.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools to improve workflows and solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–2 years of experience in technical support, software implementation, or application support roles.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Rest APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment.
