Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Master’s preferred) with 5–8 years of experience in testing, test automation, and technical leadership
- Proven ability to qualify features in complex, distributed systems.
- Strong expertise in Python scripting across multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows)
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools or frameworks to enhance developer experience, automate workflows, and drive innovation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience qualifying products and solutions in the storage domain
- Proficiency in one or more major programming languages (C++, Java) and experience developing REST API-based interfaces
Responsibilities
- Drive the qualification of advanced data mobility capabilities for next-generation storage solutions while developing domain expertise
- Collaborate closely with developers to design and execute test plans, report defects, automate test cases, and perform various end-to-end testing at the capability level
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to team commitments, and take leadership roles when needed
- Deliver high-quality defect reports and comprehensive test result documentation
- Stay up to date with AI trends, tools, and best practices to identify opportunities for improving testing efficiency and automation
