Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ Years of experience in software sales or related sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent persuasive and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of technology and software solutions.
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Development:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the software market.
  • Be a hunter, with a strong focus on outbound sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to target potential clients.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor software solutions to meet those needs.
  • Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Communicate the benefits and features of software products effectively.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to close sales deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Training and Support:
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and software developments.
