About The Position

The Software Sales Account Manager (Solution Consultant) leads the growth of Hilti's ON!Track and Fleet Management solutions by delivering tailored, productivity-driven strategies to VIP customers. This field-based role combines consultative selling with hands-on implementation, ensuring customers optimize their business processes and achieve measurable ROI. By collaborating with local and regional sales teams, managing pipeline execution, and supporting post-sale training, the Solution Consultant positions Hilti as a trusted partner in digital innovation and operational efficiency. This is a field-based customer-facing role, and the territory will support customers throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, required
  • Minimum of three (3) years consultative selling, specifically to c-suite executives, required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales, and other corporate team members
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the geographical territory
