This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Satellite Systems Software Engineering organization. Our team creates the software tools and services for the world's highest performing satellite/ground systems for USG and Commercial customers. This role will be part of Boeing's recently acquired ESS program. As a leader of the Agile Release Train you'll provide direction to multi-disciplinary teams that plan, commit, develop, and deploy software products. Key responsibilities include managing multiple Scrum teams, Scrum of Scrums, facilitating SAFe processes, fostering team collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
