About The Position

Advantage Technical is partnering with a leading medical device company to hire a Software Quality Engineer who thrives in a hybrid work environment and is ready to drive quality excellence across all stages of product development and manufacturing. In this role, you will lead key quality initiatives that impact product safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. You will implement and improve quality systems, drive CAPA efforts, and use data to proactively resolve issues, making quality a seamless part of daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in quality engineering, or a Master's degree with up to 2 years' experience.
• Strong skills in data analysis and Excel.
• Solid understanding of regulatory quality standards and systems.
• Sharp problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
