Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for performing integration, regression, and functional testing on systems to ensure compliance with requirements, business practices, and policies. The ideal candidate will assist with analyzing functional and technical requirements and support the creation and editing of test cases for new or modified systems.

  • Assist Quality Assurance Analysts in certifying systems are fully tested and production-ready
  • Create and maintain test cases aligned with system requirements
  • Identify and prepare required data and conditions for executing test cases
  • Recommend improvements to testing processes and procedures
  • Modify, coordinate, and schedule inputs to maintain test environments
  • Track and report testing activities, including effort, downtime, and discrepancies
  • Serve as test lead on assigned projects
  • Communicate findings and documentation clearly and effectively
  • Establish and lead project teams
  • Develop project scope, plan, schedule, budget, and communications
  • Manage resources, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
  • Oversee risk, issue, and change management processes
  • Ensure successful implementation of assigned projects
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for business functions, systems, policies, and procedures
  • Provide support for employee inquiries and problem resolution
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience testing complex systems across multiple platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of IT frameworks and methodologies, such as ITIL and SDLC
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Skilled in presenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations clearly and concisely
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
