We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support the continued development and sustainment of the U.S. Navy’s Aegis Weapons System in Moorestown, New Jersey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent related work experience
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance, U.S. Citizenship is required
  • This position requires the successful applicant to obtain and maintain the required security clearance or other authorization(s) within the necessary timeframe required by applicable contract(s)
  • 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • Evening and Saturday work occasionally required
  • This position requires being on-site daily at Moorestown, NJ office

Nice To Haves

  • Specific experience supporting Naval Weapons Systems a plus
  • Experience with Quality Assurance (Auditing, Inspections, Corrective & Preventative Actions) and Configuration Management
  • Knowledge of terms: source file, object file, executable as it relates to Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux, VAX, and Windows
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Word
  • Working knowledge of ClearCase/ClearQuest or equivalent Source Code Management System a plus
  • Working knowledge of Starsys or similar Status Accounting and Tracking System
  • Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task, good problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate clearly and maintain good working relationship with peers and Customers of all technical levels
  • Working knowledge in reviewing Unix and Legacy programs and systems for multiple run-time environments
  • Ability to plan and implement methods for process improvement and trouble-shooting technical issues
  • Ability to create and evaluate corrective action reports
  • Ability to interface with internal/external customers to resolve quality issues
  • Ability to participate and lead in Process Evaluations
  • Understanding of the basic concepts of Quality Assurance and Configuration Management
