  • Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test data, and test scripts for manual and automated testing
  • Learn DMA’s tax, accounting, and business subject matter to create targeted test cases
  • Participate in projects following the approved Development and Testing Methodologies
  • Maintain and report results using the approved methodology
  • Perform Functional, Non-functional, UAT, and Regression testing on projects as needed
  • Understand the QA process and participate in continuous improvement
  • Consistently strives to improve the way tasks and activities are accomplished meeting quality objectives
  • Contribute to the planning and scheduling of testing
  • Utilize Jira (issue tracking system) to monitor and report enhancement and defect tickets
  • Participate in the generation and accuracy of all QA documents
  • Provide oversight to ensure that the project team follows quality best practices and standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years of QA, testing web-based applications, or programming experience. Appropriate college curriculum (computer science courses) considered as 1-year experience
  • Previous experience with issue tracking software Jira or similar
  • Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
  • Proficient with software development life-cycle
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Experience with automation tools like Selenium or experience with Java is highly desired
  • Experience with Financial or Business Process applications is a plus
