Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a project/program management role leading cross-functional teams with waterfall and agile methodologies for software implementation.
• Experience in supply chain transportation and logistics best business practices.
• Experience in transportation management or supply chain software implementation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and high overall IT competence.
• Proven ability to lead and successfully manage cross-functional project teams.
• Experience delivering end-to-end software applications through the full project cycle.
• Strong willingness and ability to be hands-on in delivery.

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with a concentration in Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of experience in transportation management or supply chain software implementation.
• Strong knowledge of the logistics and supply chain market.
• Experience leading the delivery of SaaS enterprise solutions enabling transportation management and/or supply chain network optimization business processes.
