About The Position
The Software Programmer-Analyst will work closely with the ESS-IT team and business stakeholders to support the current production of the Electric Settlements System (ESS). This role involves creating technical designs, test cases, and system documentation, as well as enhancing and maintaining the ESS application software. The position also requires analyzing data patterns for development, production support, and ad-hoc reporting.
