Alpine Home Air Products is seeking a Software Product Manager to join our innovative team in Chicago, IL. With a customer satisfaction rating of 4.85 out of 5, we are looking for a passionate individual to help us shape the future of home comfort and sustainability. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and developers, to ensure our products not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Your role will involve conducting research to inform product decisions, documenting requirements, and overseeing rapid experimentation to achieve product-market fit. You will lead the entire product lifecycle, ensuring a seamless journey from concept through to launch and post-launch improvements. As a Software Product Manager, you will obtain customer insights to fuel product strategy and development, ensuring that each product iteration serves their needs. You will create detailed project requirements and prototypes that resonate with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and a shared vision. Utilizing lean methodologies, you will manage projects effectively, oversee testing and launching, and address potential issues in a timely manner, incorporating continuous iteration to enhance product offerings.
